Practice Leadership

Rajiv Samvathsar

Founder and Principal Consultant at Vatsora, Rajiv brings more than 10 years of experience in enterprise consulting, business transformation, digital operating models and supply-chain platforms across Sweden and India.

Having worked in Sweden and subsequently returned to India, Rajiv has supported complex transformation initiatives involving business process modernisation, operating-model design, digital platforms, supply-chain visibility and enterprise execution.

His professional experience includes transformation engagements involving organisations such as IKEA, Unilever and DHL, alongside platform and product leadership experience at Lectra/TextileGenesis.

During his tenure at Capgemini Invent India, Rajiv served as Consumer Products and Retail Industry Leader for the Nordics. He held on-the-ground P&L responsibility for a consulting portfolio exceeding €7 million and advised executive stakeholders across more than 25 global markets.

Rajiv holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal.
